Covo D’en Xoroi (Menorca)

According to their own advertising, they only serve drinks, but what a setting! Bars don’t come much more spectacular than this. Set in a cave high up in the cliffs, Covo D’en Xoroi leaves an unforgettable impression with its breathtaking view over the bewitching waters of the Mediterranean. International DJs mix here, and the festivities last from 11.30 a.m. until the end of the night. It’s the perfect place to sip an afternoon glass of wine or a cocktail as the sun sets, the sky gradually turning inky black.
